Hello,
Itchy-Itchy is a word game that does not require a great vocabulary. Instead, all you need is a flexible brain and a sense of humor.
The game starts with me selecting two homonyms (or words that sound the same such as right/write or blue/blew). Then, I will provide you with a synonyms for these words that serve as clue to help you try to figure out the homonyms.
For example, if pick my homonyms and give you the synonyms of “Vehicle and Ordinary” you will then have to think of synonyms for each that are homonyms. In this case, the answer would be “Plane and Plain.”
For the homonyms, I allow myself some exceptions. One word may be plural and the other singular. Also, I do hail from the Bronx so “the” and “this” are sometimes pronounced “duh” and “dis.”
